Thank you very much for your support so far, and we are organizing the main schedule and guidance for the end of the service as follows.
Download Guide
· Please download your content from the Library and Purchase History pages before the service ends.
· The license for purchased content remains valid within the scope of each product's terms. However, downloads will only be available during the grace period. (Downloads will be restricted after the grace period ends.)
License Notice
· We recommend taking screenshots of your purchase history as proof of purchase before the service ends.
Remaining Cash Refund
· Members with remaining cash may request a refund.
· Refund method : Bank transfer
· Processing time: By the 25th of the following month from the date of request
Remaining Points Expiration
· All points will expire on the service termination date.
We recommend using them before the new sign-up/payment/registration features end.
Notice for Sellers
· Final settlement date : 2026.06.25
· All registered products will be deleted upon service termination.
Data backup and privacy destruction guidance
· Download and other processing will not be possible after the service ends, so please keep the data before the service ends.
· Your personal information will be destroyed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations at the end of the service.
However, information that is obligated to preserve by law is safely stored for a certain period of time and then destroyed.

How will inquiries and disputes be handled after the service termination?•
PixelPlus is an intermediary service platform that connects sellers and buyers, and it will help sellers and buyers download information on each transaction to resolve product-related inquiries (licenses, scope of use, etc.) that may occur after the end of the service.

Until when can I use the cash and reward points?•
You can use the cash and reserves you have until 6 p.m. on May 14, 2026, and you can request a cash refund until June 30, 2026, the final end of the service. The remaining reserves and cash will expire after the end date, so if you need a cash refund, please request a cash refund in Google form before the end date.
Until when can products be purchased?•
You can purchase the product until 6 p.m. on May 14, 2026. You cannot pay for the product after that, so if you need anything, please pay before the end of the product purchase service.
Is it possible to download the product and check the product information even after the end of the service?•
After the end of the service, the product cannot be downloaded, and all products registered with Pixel Plus will be deleted on June 30, 2026, the final end of the service. If you have any product information and data you need, please make sure to back it up yourself before the end of the service.
How will your personal information be processed after the end of the service?•
You don't have to worry because your personal information will be destroyed in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations at the end of the service. However, information obligated to preserve by law will be safely stored for a certain period of time and destroyed.
Until when will products be available for purchase?•
The sale will be available until 6 p.m. on May 14, 2026. All registered items will be removed en masse on June 30, 2026, the end of the service.
Until when will new product registration and vendor applications be available?•
New product registration and entry applications will be closed by 6 p.m. on May 14, 2026. Please understand that new product registration and entry applications will not be possible after that.
What is the schedule for the final settlement payment?•
The final settlement payment date is scheduled for June 25, 2026. We would appreciate it if you could check the registered settlement account information in advance so that the last settlement can proceed smoothly. If you have any questions about settlement or any updates on account information, please feel free to register through the customer center before the service ends.
