If you have not confirmed your purchase and downloaded the product, you can cancel your purchase.
You can cancel your purchase by clicking the 'Cancel purchase' button on the 'My page' > 'Purchase history' > 'Order details'! 
Please note that you cannot cancel/refund your purchase if you have confirmed your purchase or downloaded after confirming your purchase .
