A project is the actual use of the material.
We define this as the name and form in which the resulting work is published (video, webcomic, illustration, web novel cover, merchandise, etc.).
If you are an individual user, you can register your project under a pen name.
Your license is valid from the time you register your project.
Webtoon
•
By default, a single webtoon is defined as a project (including multiple seasons).
•
However, if different seasons of the same webtoon are serialized on different pages, they are recognized as different projects.
◦
If the first and second seasons of a webtoon are serialized on the same page,→ Recognized as the same project.
◦
When the first and second seasons of a webtoon are separated and published on different pages → Recognized as different projects.
Commission / Outsourced Work
•
If requested, classify as one project based on the contract (request).
◦
Even if multiple works appear in one contract (request), they must be registered as one project. (If the user who received the outsourced work purchases the material)
•
Separate projects based on the use of the requested deliverables.
◦
If the deliverables from a single request are to be used in multiple projects, each project must be registered. (If the user requesting the outsourcing purchases and delivers the materials)
