The Group Order terms of use (hereinafter “these individual terms”) is intended to stipulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the company and the member related to the use of Group Order service which PIXEL sc provides, and other necessary matters.
Check the following before using the PIXEL sc Group Order service!

The terms of these individual terms shall be defined as follows.

“Group order” refers to a type of sale in which products are discounted with conditions individually or in bundles.
•
”Period” refers to the period during which the group order is in progress.
•
“order” refers to the act of purchasing group order products.
•
“orderer” refers to a member who ordered in the group order.
•
“Discount rate” refers to the purchase discount rate provided to a member ordering in the group order during the group order period.
•
“Target” refers to setting a target for the number of orders during the group order period.
•
“Closed” refers to the end of the the group order period.
•
“Success” refers to the case where the number of orderers in the closed group order is the same or more than the target.
•
“Failure” refers to the case where the number of orderers in the closed group order is less than the target.
•
“Immediate purchase” refers to ordering after receiving half (1/2) of the group order discount rate one (1) hour before closing.

Group order consists of a discount rate, period, and target.
3.
If the group order closes in success, the orderer's purchases shall be confirmed.
4.
If the group order closes in failure, the orderer's purchases shall be canceled.
5.
Orderers may cancel their order at any time before closing.
6.
The company shall operate immediate purchase based on the contents defined below.
•
If the member makes an immediate purchase, the purchase is confirmed at the same time as the purchase.
•
Since the immediate purchase is purchased and confirmed by the member, the purchase cannot be canceled.
7.
Additional elements and configurations of group order not defined in this article of these individual terms shall abide by the information provided on the service page.
8.
Orderers may download the content of the product after the group order is successful. However, if the orderer order by immediate purchase, the content may be downloaded as soon as the order is completed.
