Hello users. This is NEXT LEVEL Studio Inc. (hereinafter, the “Company”) that grows together with creators.
Terms and Conditions for Use of Coupons (hereinafter, “these Terms”) are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the Member related to the use of coupons provided by Pixelplus and other necessary matters.
Please check the following before using Pixelplus coupons.
1. Definitions
The terms used herein are defined as follows. However, for the terms not defined in separate terms and conditions, definitions in the Terms of Service or other separate terms and conditions shall apply:

“Detailed Matters” refer to detailed setting and restriction on the Coupon, which are separately applied by each Coupon at the time of Issuing the Coupon and Using the Coupon.
2.
“Using the Coupon” refers to the Member using the registered Coupon as instructed in Detailed Matters defined in the Coupon.
3.
“Registering the Coupon” refers to the Member converting the Coupon to a usable state.
4.
“Issuing the Coupon” refers to issuing the Coupon when the Company or the Approved Seller deems necessary.
5.
“Coupon” refers to the service provided to enable the Member temporarily use the discount rate with specific preconditions (hereinafter, the “Coupon Benefit”) on the Product price when purchasing the Products at the market.
2. Operation of the Coupon
1.
Items that may be included to the Detailed Matters of the Coupon are as follows:

Maximum discount limit | Maximum discount limit applied to the product price | ex. If a 10% coupon’s maximum discount limit is 5,000 KRW, 60,000 KRW worth product is also discounted by 5,000 KRW with the coupon. |
Coupon registration limit | Number of times the Coupon can be registered | ex. 100 Coupons on a first-come-first-served basis |
Member’s registration limit | Number of times one Member can register the same Coupon | ex. Maximum 5 Coupons can be issued to one Member for the same Coupon |
Floating expiration date | Criteria to set expiration date based on the date the Coupon is registered | ex. Usable for 30 days after signing up for membership |

Set a limit to allow registration of the Coupon from specific Members | ex. Coupon provided to the Member who won promotional events |
Limited product | Coupon limited to be used for specific products | ex. Only usable for a list of event products |
Double discount allowed | Set to be useable even if the product discount is applied | ex.

2.
Use of the Coupon is completed at the time the payment for the transaction is completed by applying the Coupon for the Product.
3.
Even if the transaction where the transaction with the Use of the Coupon is cancelled, the completed Used of the Coupon may not be revoked or reversed.
4.
The Coupon shall expire in the following cases. The Coupon once expired shall not be restored:

Use of the Coupon has been completed
•
The Member who registered the Coupon terminated the contract for use of services such as withdrawal from membership.
•
Expiration date marked on the Coupon has expired
5.
All responsibilities arising due to violation of the following matters on the Coupon shall be assumed by the Member:
•
The Member may not withdraw money from the Coupon or convert it to the Cash.
•
The Member may not transfer the Coupon to others unless permitted by the Company.
•
The Member may not sell the Coupon to others.
3. Issuance of the Coupon
1.
The Company may issue the Coupon for all Products.
2.
The Approved Seller may request the issuance of the Coupon for the Product on sale among the registered Product.
3.
Depending on whether or not the Approved Seller makes a request for issuance of the Coupon, payer and methods of paying for the Coupon Benefits are determined as follows.

Matters regarding the operation of the Coupon not stipulated herein shall be in accordance with the Terms of Service, announcement, and the contents displayed on the service screen of Pixelplus.
