Hello users. This is NEXT LEVEL Studio Inc. (hereinafter, the “Company”) that grows together with creators.
These Terms and Conditions for Use of Donation (hereinafter, “these Terms”) are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the Member related to the use of donation provided by the Company on Pixelplus and other necessary matters.
Please check the following before using Pixelplus donation.
1. Definitions
The terms used herein are defined as follows. However, for the terms not defined in separate terms and conditions, definitions in the Terms of Service or other separate terms and conditions shall apply:
1.
“Donation” refers to the service provided by the Company where the Approved Seller can receive the Sponsored Funds from the Sponsor.
2.
“Sponsored Funds” refer to rewards equivalent to sponsorship paid by the Member to the Approved Seller in the form of the Donation in exchange for the goods and services provided.
3.
“Sponsor” refers to the Member who pays the Sponsored Funds to the Approved Seller.
2. Operation of the Donation
1.
The Donation is operated on the premise that the Approved Seller who receives the Sponsored Funds (hereinafter, the “Recipient”) has provided goods or services equivalent to the Sponsored Funds such as by providing to the Sponsor the Product more satisfactory compared to normal cases, even though it cannot be quantitatively judged by the Company.
2.
The Recipient shall be restricted to the Approved Seller.
3.
The Recipient may report the Sponsored Funds as other income pay tax at his/her own decision.
4.
When the Sponsored Funds are provided, they shall be received by the Recipient by deeming that the Recipient has the intention to receive them even though the Recipient does not individually express his/her intention.
5.
At the time the Sponsored Funds are provided by the Sponsor, the Company shall, on behalf of the Recipient, notify the Sponsor that the Recipient has received the Sponsored Funds pursuant to Paragraph 4 of this Article.
6.
The Donation may be provided anonymously if desired by the Sponsor.
7.
The Member may pay up to 300,000 KRW per day for the Sponsored Funds.
8.
All responsibilities arising due to violation of the following matters on the Donation shall be assumed by the Recipient:
•
When receiving or inducing the Sponsored Funds for the purpose of returning them to the Sponsor
•
When receiving or inducing the Sponsored Funds that contain illegality under the current law
9.
In the event of a case in Paragraph 4 of this Article, the Company may take the following measures:
•
Terminating the Approved Seller’s authorized admission to sell products
•
Suspending payment of settlement amount regardless of contractual provisions on the settlement
•
Taking civil and criminal measures such as claim for damages against the relevant Member if any damage is incurred by the Company.
Matters regarding the operation of the Donation not stipulated herein shall be in accordance with the Terms of Service, announcement, and the contents displayed on the service screen of Pixelplus.
